Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PromptLab (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PromptLab provides a guided interface for generating AI prompts and routing them to third-party AI tools. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Trials and billing

• New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 14 days' notice for existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or paywalls.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of any third-party AI provider whose tools we link to.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and the terms of the AI tools you use it with.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated output can be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, especially for ministry, theological, legal, medical, or financial use. The Service is a tool — not a substitute for professional judgment.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) US $100. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email and take effect 14 days after notice.
